Fun at Phantom Canyon, New Year’s Day

Had a great time at Phantom last night with my nephew (Chris, age 14) and husband. We headed to the 2nd floor pool area, where they allow kids until 6:00 p.m. We enjoyed the barley wine, trout, chicken and a salmon salad. He liked my Flip camera, which he used to take the photo above. He and I share a passion for photography & video making. I gave him my old Sony DV camera yesterday. Can’t wait to see Colorado Springs Springs through his eyes.
