…A single philosophy would shape my future, “that all things being equal, people do business with their friends”. Over 23 years, I have built a National Network of retail and institutional stock brokers, investment banking firms, corporate bankers, analysts, financial writers, venture capitalists, money managers, as well as some of America’s most prestigious law firms. These are my business associates, but also my friends. The road to Wall Street is paved with personal relationships.

I truly enjoyed the presentation by Dr. Ray Muzyka and Dr. Greg Zeschuk, Co-Chairs of new media and internet software company CodeBaby, and iconic innovators in the video gaming industry.
When I told my nephew Josiah (age 13) about it, he was very interested and asked if he could join me. I was thrilled to talk about emotional engagement and digital characters with him. We went to dinner at McCabe’s Tavern before the lecture started at 7:00 in Armstrong Hall. He was the youngest person I saw there, and we both really enjoyed the content of the presentation!
I am grateful to Patrick Bultema, CEO of CodeBaby and Dan Johnson, Chair of the innovative Minds Committee at CC for making this amazing event possible here in Colorado Springs.
